BARNETBY TRACTOR RUN WELL WORTH A VISIT

An interesting and unusual annual event in the Brigg area is coming up tomorrow (Sunday, April 23).

The Barnetby Tractor Run will be taking place in the village's Old Railway Yard.
The tractors will set off in procession at 10am.
There will be a raffle and a snack bar operating, with all proceeds going to Lindsey Lodge Hospice, Scunthorpe.
This worthy registered charity, which has a shop in Brigg town centre, says: "The children (and adults) will love this!  Watch tractors parade down the road in aid of the hospice."
L. J. Brumpton & Son Haulage Contractors, of Victoria Road, DN38 6HP, are hosting the event, which is expected to draw a good-sized crowd of spectators.
