Paul Hayes, who scored for the Iron on this famous ground when the sides last met 10 years ago, lived in Brigg for a time during his Scunthorpe days.
When the Iron recorded a giantkiller win at Newcastle United in 1958, Barry Horstead, from Brigg, was in the Scunthorpe squad.
Scunthorpe's team which pulled off a 1970 FA Cup upset away to top-flight Sheffield Wednesday included Mick Atkin, who was a teacher at what's now the Vale Academy. He played for Scunny on a part-time basis.
If you aren't going to the match tomorrow and don't have a subscription to BT Sports, which is showing the game on TV, some local pubs have paid their dues. So why not pop along and cheer on the Iron?
