LABOUR POLITICIANS IN BRIGG TOWN CENTRE

The Labour Party had a stall on Brigg market, in Wrawby Street, on Saturday and chatted to passing shoppers about various issues.
Jacky Crawford, who will be the Labour Party candidate for Brigg & Goole in the General Election, was supported by Helen Goodman, Labour MP for Bishop Auckland; Karl Turner, Labour MP for  Kingston upon Hull East; and Brigg town councillors Mike Campion and Donald Campbell.
Scunthorpe's Labour MP Nic Dakin joined them later after Brigg Blog had been invited to take these pictures as we were passing by.
We'd like to point out that Brigg Blog is non-political and has no affiliation with any party. We were happy to chat to Jacky (below - second right) but told her we will do exactly the same if, and when, we meet the other party's candidates in the run up to the election.
