BUS-INESS AS NORMAL FOR BRIGG PUB

With building work almost complete on the new JD Wetherspoon pub in Brigg, it strikes us there's a bit of a bonus for the retail giant and the customers who will soon be eating and drinking at the refurbished White Horse, on Wrawby Street.
For just a stone's throw from the front door is a covered-in bus stop, visited by public transport until well into the evening.
So pub-goers will be able to have a few and then take a low-fare bus back home to places like Scawby, Broughton, Ashby and Scunthorpe.
They could hardly have planned it any better!
Opening night at the White Horse is January 27.
