BRIGGENSIANS DROP FIRST POINT IN DIVISION THREE

Brigg amateur football team Briggensians lost their 100 per cent record in division three of the TSW Printers Scunthorpe & District League yesterday (Saturday).
They drew 2-2 on a visit to Scotter United Reserves, with Elliott Gunn and Neil Gallafent scoring our side's goals. 
But to reach mid-December before dropping a point is quite an achievement.
This Saturday (December 20) the Sir John Nelthorpe-based team will host mid-table Midtown United in a game scheduled to be refereed by Chris Faill.
