PLEASE SUPPORT BRIGG CHARITY FUNDRAISER AT WHITE HART PUB

Brigg Blog recently reported how members of our Town Council readily agreed to support the November campaign to raise public awareness of pancreatic cancer. This included councillors wearing purple clothing - the charity's chosen colour - and followed a letter sent to the local authority.
Coun Andrew Markham now tells us that he and Zoe Hall, the lady who wrote to the Town Council, are holding a raffle to raise funds for the initiative. Go along on Saturday, November 22 to the White Hart pub, in Bridge Street, from 5pm until 7.30pm, to lend your support. This will follow the Brigg Hockey Club men's 4th XI game against Chapletown.
Coun Andrew says: "Please come down on Saturday and wear purple for pancreatic cancer."
