Here's pictorial evidence of a UFO sighting in Brigg - historic market town of North Lincolnshire.
Only our UFO is not an unidentified flying object but an
unidentified floating object. Or maybe it's not floating at all, but secured to
the bed of the River Ancholme.
We spied the strange pole-like object close to the County
Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
The ducks were having a closer look - and so did
we.
Could it be the metal object may be connected in
some way with planned work to install a replacement water main along the side of
the grade two listed bridge? That contract is due to get under way later this month.
