The issue of flooding at/near Kingsway bungalows on the Newlands Estate in Brigg was raised at the Town Council's latest meeting by Coun Ann Eardley.
Town Mayor Councillor Carl Sherwood replied: "We will get North Lincolnshire onto it."
Both he and Coun Rob Waltham - also at the meeting - are members of the cabinet at the unitary authority.
