A new domestic dwelling and an extension to existing commercial premises are planned in Brigg.
Both schemes are now being considered by North Lincolnshire Council, the local planning authority.
Approval is being sought to erect a single dwelling, including access and parking arrangement changes, at 3 Eastfield Road, off Wrawby Road.,
The application explains: "The existing site is currently being used as access/parking for No. 3 Eastfield Road, with garden space to the rear." The plans indicate a new single-storey bungalow.
Planning permission is also being requested to erect a single-storey front extension at a vehicle repair garage at Unit 5, Island Carr Road, off Bridge Street.
North Lincolnshire Council has now approved amended plans for a two-storey extension at The Poplars, Burnside, Broughton.
The authority has also granted permission to erect a single-storey rear extension, including demolition of an existing conservatory, at Athena, Main Street, Cadney.
It has also approved the change of use of the former Methodist Chapel, West Street, Barnetby, into a domestic dwelling.
