Brigg Town Football Club have an important home game coming tomorrow (Monday, January 3, 2022) and another good-sized crowd is anticipated, especially as this is classed as a bank holiday.
The Zebras will be hosting South Yorkshire side Armthorpe Welfare at the EC Surfacing Stadium (Hawthorns) kicking off at 3pm.
Town, who are third in the Toolstation Northern Counties East Division One table, could do with all three points to boost their push for promotion to the Premier.
Supporters will be hoping for the sort of performance Brigg gave in their last home league game when the then leaders, North Ferriby, were defeated.
Brigg are currently four points behind Ferriby and five adrift of top team Hallam. All these sides have played 23 league fixtures.
Tomorrow's opponents Armthorpe (near Doncaster) are in ninth place.
