BRIGG & DISTRICT KEEPS PLANNERS BUSY PROCESSING APPLICATIONS

North Lincolnshire Council - the planning authority serving Brigg and district - is being kept busy by local applicants.
Approval is now being sought to prune a tree which is close to Brigg town centre. This beech is subject to a Tree Preservation Order.
An application has been submitted to undertake pruning to give clearance to a dwelling and removal of deadwood - the location being given as 10/12 St Clares Walk.
North Lincolnshire Council is now considering the application, and Brigg Town Council will be consulted as part of the planning process.
CADNEY: Outline planning permission is being sought to demolish a barn and redevelop the existing farm land/yard and associated outbuildings (related to farming activities) into seven new residential building plots, with all matters reserved for subsequent approval, at The Laurels Farm, Vicarage Lane. North Lincolnshire planners have yet to decide this application.
WRAWBY: Planning approval has been given by the council to erect a garage block with a room in the roof at The Willows, Barton Road.
BARNETBY: The planning authority has agreed to the erection of a two-storey side extension at 7 Smithy Lane.
STURTON: Permission has been granted to demolish a current dwelling and erect a new one at Poachers Rest, Station Road.
