Brigg households should note that North Lincolnshire Council is now resuming brown bin (garden waste) collections.
So before you retire to bed tonight, remember to put yours out on the pavement for emptying by the crews when they call tomorrow (Tuesday, January 19). Burgundy (cardboard and plastic) bins will also be collected tomorrow.
Some Brigg folk were on the ball and by mid-afternoon today had put out both types.
However, many people may be unaware that the council that resumed normal service when it comes to the garden waste collection (previously suspended).
Two months ago, North Lincolnshire Council announced: "Brown bin collections will be suspended from the beginning of next week, Monday 23 November. This is slightly earlier than planned, following a reduction in the amount of garden waste and staffing pressures due to the impact of Covid-19."
