Amended plans have been submitted for a Brigg development which includes a new cafe.
It will be one year tomorrow since a planning application - earmarked for land to the north of Atherton Way - was made public on October 16, 2019.
However, in August this year, North Lincolnshire Council received amended plans for which the consultation period ends on October 21 (next Wednesday).
Planning approval is being sought to erect a two-storey building - uses to include office space and a cafe, with associated car parking and landscaping.
In the original application CLS Civil Engineering Ltd, of Atherton Way, sought the go ahead to erect a two-storey building to be used as office space, children's nursery and cafe, with car parking and soft and hard landscaping. The site was described as vacant land.
