More Brigg volunteers are welcome to come forward and take part in a litter-picking session in the town, to be held on Saturday (September 19).
Brigg will be playing its part in the Great British September Clean taking place across the UK.
Our Town Council still has spaces available on Saturday for individuals or for groups of not more than six.
The council tells Brigg Blog: "We are providing surgical gloves, hand sanitisers and santising equipment, but people must be responsible for their own and fellow volunteers' safety. We will be taking information for track and trace. They are to provide their own masks too, if they would like to wear one."
Volunteers are asked to meet at the Bandstand, in the Market Place, for 10am.
"Please do get in touch via email enquiries@briggmarkettown.co.uk or by call/text 07584 315971 to register your interest," the council adds.
