The Pancreatic Cancer Group in Brigg is still operating, despite Coronavirus emergency lockdown putting some of its usual activities on hold.
In recent years many town residents, and those visiting Brigg from other areas, have given generously to the cause which is to raise awareness of a disease which claims may lives across the UK.
Andrew 'Sass' Markham, Lesley Whitehand and Zoe Hall, from the local group, tell us that although they are not currently collecting from their market stall, donations are still being welcomed through collection tins located around the town.
"And if anyone would like any further information, please don't hesitate to ring 07880 348449 or Pancreatic Cancer Action on 03030 401770," they stress.
