MORE BRIGG SHOPS AND SERVICES REOPENING
Further Brigg shops and services have reopened from enforced Coronavirus emergency lockdown or are soon to do so.
Shipley's CuriosiTeas, on Wrawby Street, resumes table service today (Tuesday, July 7) from 10am.
During lockdown it was granted a licence by the council, permitting alcoholic drinks to be served with the sandwiches and cakes.
Both town centre bookmaker's premises are operating - Ladbrokes, in the Market Place, being pictured here.
The Deli & Diner, on Wrawby Street, will be welcoming back customers from 9am tomorrow (Wednesday, July 8) and the neighbouring Oxfam Book Shop from 10.30am.
Bringing welcome relief to shoppers is the reopening of the public conveniences serving the town centre, on Cary Lane, by North Lincolnshire Council. This took a bit longer to achieve than was originally suggested, and they remained closed while the latest Brigg Farmers' Market was held.
The China Royal Restaurant, on Bridge Street, says it "is in the process of preparation for reopening" in respect of sit-down meals. However, it continues to offer a takeaway service to customers.
