An amended scheme aiming to provide 66 new homes in Brigg has been submitted to North Lincolnshire Council which is now considering the application.
Permission was granted two years ago for an extensive housing development on the former Falcon Cycles site, off Bridge Street - the A18. That application came from CLS.
Barton-based Keigar Homes has now submitted a request to amend property types and make a minor realignment of the estate road.
There will also be landscaping as part of the development.
Access will be off Bridge Street, near to The Poplars.
The council has set June 4 as the closing date for receiving comments about the application to vary two existing planning conditions relating to this development.
Keigar has built a number of homes in Brigg in past years.
