BRIGG VENUE OFFERING A PLACE TO RELAX & DE-STRESS

The Brigg Carers' Centre at 11 Redcombe Lane (pictured) is offering local people a chance to relax in its Lavender Room.
Treatments available include massage, aromatherapy, India head massage, reflexology, pedicures and meditation.
"Take time out to de-stress, relax and unwind in the calming surroundings of the Lavender Room," say the organisers at North Lincolnshire Council.
"Recharge your batteries and face the rest of the day with renewed energy and vitality.
"Relaxation therapies help your body release those feel-good hormones that make you feel happy inside.
"Appointments in the Lavender Room are available to anyone. However, prices are substantially reduced for carers. Treatment prices are £10.00 for carers and £15.00 for non-carers."

The local Carers' New Year Lunch will be held at Elsham Golf Club on Friday, January 31, from noon.
