BRIGG HOUSE EXTENSION PLANNED
An application has been made for planning permission to erect a single-storey rear extension at 12 Elwes Street, Brigg, to provide an additional en suite bedroom and a larger utility room.
The go ahead is also being sought to insert loft windows to the front and rear of 6 Albert Street, while planning permission to retain a conservatory at 36 Burgess Road has also been applied for.
North Lincolnshire Council is now considering these three applications.
Meanwhile, listed building consent and planning permission have been granted to convert a barn to a dwelling at Elsham Chalk Barn on an access road to the disused airfield.
West Lindsey District Council says that an application seeking approval to erect semi-detached dwellings near White House, Main Street, Bigby, has been withdrawn by the applicant.
