LATEST BRIGG AREA PLANS FOR NEW HOMES & TREE FELLING/PRUNING
Proposals to build new homes in the Brigg area or extend existing properties continue to be submitted to North Lincolnshire Council, the local planning authority, while other applications are seeking approval for trees to be either felled or pruned.
Permission is being requested to build a pair of semi-detached dwellings with garaging/parking and turning, and form new access and crossover, on a plot adjacent The Hatcheries, Marsh Lane, Barnetby, with another application being made for outline permission to erect dwelling at 17 Victoria Road in the railway village.
Approval is also being sought to retain a timber treehouse at 10 Swannacks View, Scawby.
At 3 Proctors Way, Hibaldstow, permission is being requested for a two-storey side extension, following the demolition of an existing garage.
At the Old Vicarage, on Vicarage Road, Wrawby, permission is being requested to fell a beech tree and crown lift some other trees that are subject to the Tree Preservation (Wrawby) Order 1962.
North Lincolnshire Council is now considering these applications.
Within the Scawby Conservation Area, the council has given its consent for the pruning of two beech, nine conifers, two pines and a spruce at The Nutshell, Chapel Lane.
