BRIGG PLANS APPROVED
North Lincolnshire Council has granted planning permission to erect a single-storey rear extension at 30 Central Square, Brigg, with no conditions attached.
Brigg Town Council supported this householder application and there were no objections lodged with planners. The intention is provide a porch and kitchen/family room.
North Lincolnshire planners have also agreed a non-material amendment to a scheme approved in 2015 to erect four two-storey flats on land at Llamedos, Bridge Street.
This amendment is to provide one extra car parking space for Flat 3 and install cobble stones to the front of Flats One and Three.
A council officer's report concluded: "The proposals are not considered to result in loss of residential amenity or impact on highway safety."
Permission has also been granted for a two-storey side extension and detached garage at Highfield House, Silversides Lane, Scawby Brook, and for a single-storey front extension at 68 South View, Broughton.
West Lindsey District Council has approved plans for rear single storey and first floor extensions at 13, Church Hill, Grasby.
