BRIGG TOWN LOOKING TO BOUNCE BACK
Brigg Town Cricket Club, having now reached the mid-point in the season, journey to the western edge of the Isle of Axholme to take on Haxey 2nds on Saturday (July 13).
Brigg have won three of their league games so far, lost three and had two others affected by wet weather.
They will be hoping to bounce back to form after last Saturday's heavy home defeat.
Haxey 2nds currently occupy third-from-bottom spot in Lincolnshire County Cricket League Division Three, also having had eight fixtures.
Division Three leaders Broughton 2nds, who have won all but one match this season, host bottom side Barton Town 2nds this Saturday.
There's also local cricket to watch a Hibaldstow where the Division Two leaders entertain third-in-the-table Holton-le-Clay 2nds.
Sunday (July 14) sees an important local derby, with Broughton's first teamers, from Division One, hosting Hibaldstow in a Bob Welton Cup semi-final, starting at 1.30pm.
