LAUNCH OF NEW BRIGG CYCLE SHOP
A newcomer to the Brigg retail scene features in these pictures, taken on Good Friday.
Brians Cycles can be found on the first floor of the Brians DIY store on the corner of Wrawby Street and Grammar School Road South.
It is selling adult and children's bikes and undertaking servicing and repairs.
The shop also offers scooters, bike accessories, automotive batteries, wiper blades and oils, plus caravan accessories and camping stoves.
Brigg Blog's pictures show Peter Wilson (right) and Phil Wilkinson of Brians Cycles pedalling their wares.
Earlier, on Springs Parade, we had a word with their colleague, Alan Ford, distributing printers flyers around the town centre, informing shoppers about the new venture.
Long-established Brians DIY continues at 24A Wrawby Street, offering its very extensive range of goods and services.
Customers can still buy individual screws for their smallest domestic repairs. And staff will find them for you on the shelves!
Brians Cycles follows another new venture, Brigg Motability - fronting Grammar School Road South - which opened late last year.
Diversification is something that many small businesses in the UK are doing to stay ahead of the game.
Brians Cycles is open Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 9am to 5.30pm. Call 01652 653340 or email cycles@briansdiy.co.uk or visit www.briansdiy.co.uk
Sorry, but we can't resist suggesting the new cycle shop offers a bespoke service!
