Five new homes are planned for a vacant site in Brigg.
The intention is to construct five two-storey detached family homes with garages on land to the west of Almond Grove, to which the site will be connected by a drive.
Following an earlier application relating to this area, approval is being sought to modify the design of the proposed dwellings.
North Lincolnshire Council, as the local planning authority, is now considering the application from a firm of builders in Louth.
The proposed development site is bordered by the Donkey Field play area and Brigg Town Council's Atherton Way allotments.
