New homes in the Brigg area has been given building approval, with plans also lodged for extensions to be added to other domestic properties.
Permission has been granted by North Lincolnshire Council for a new home to be built in Wrawby - a detached bungalow and detached garage on land adjacent to Tout Pres, Little Lane.
The decision was taken by the council's planning committee, meeting in Scunthorpe.
The authority has also granted outline planning permission to erect a detached three-bedroomed chalet bungalow and detached garage on land adjacent to Fairacres, Bridge Road, Wressle.
It has also given the go ahead for a two-storey extension at 36 Windsor Way, Broughton, and granted planning permission to retain a stable building at The Ferneries, Ferneries Lane, Barnetby.
Neighbouring West Lindsey District Council is now considering the following applications:
- Demolish existing brick shed and erect single-storey side extension at Rose Cottage, High Street, North Kelsey.
- Erect semi-detached building to accommodate biomass boiler heating system at Kettleby Thorpe Farm, Bigby High Road, Kettleby, near Brigg.
