Brigg Blog was pleased to hear about forthcoming events of interest from Josie Webb - very well-known for her knowledge of the town and how it used to be.
Josie tells us she will be undertaking History Walks Around Brigg, the first being on Sunday June 2 - starting a 7pm from outside Wetherspoon's White Horse, on Wrawby Street.
"This walk will include The Workhouse, Sutton Bean Brewery, The War Memorial, The Old Court House to name a few," she explains.
"The walk will last just over an hour. Tickets are £2 each and will be available from the Tourist Information Centre from mid-May."
If enough interest is shown, Josie is looking to do more of them through the summer months.
