The monthly Brigg Farmers' Market will be held in the town centre today (Saturday, October 27, 2018)
Stallholders will be selling produce and goods to visiting shoppers from 9am and the event will continue until 3pm.
North Lincolnshire Council's award-winning market draws large numbers of shoppers to the Market Place. Many visitors also visit shops and eateries in the town, helping to boost trade.
The general Saturday market will also be operating from stalls in the Market Place and along part of Wrawby Street.
Hopefully today's weather will improve, following some early showers, and that the chilly conditions do not deter too many from visiting the town centre.
