WHERE TO ENJOY FREE REFRESHMENTS IN BRIGG ON FARMERS' MARKET SATURDAY
The monthly Brigg Farmers' Market will be held in the town centre on Saturday, September 22, 2018.
Stallholders will start selling produce and goods to visiting shoppers from 9am, and the event will continue until 3pm.
North Lincolnshire Council's award-winning market has been operating for 17 years and always draws large numbers of shoppers to the Market Place.
Many visitors also frequent shops and eateries in the town, helping to boost trade.
The adjoining general market will be operating on stalls in the Market Place and along part of Wrawby Street.
Also taking place on Saturday will be an art exhibition by the Ancholme Artists.
This will run from 10am and 3pm in St John's Church Hall.
Admission is free, as is tea and coffee, and there will be a tombola. The Artists say everyone is welcome.
While you are at the market, watch out for a fundraiser being staged in support of the worthy Brigg in Bloom initiative, proving floral displays to brighten up the town.
Remaining Brigg Farmers' Market dates for 2018 are October 27, November 24 and December 22.
For the benefit of new customers, there's free car parking available to all in Brigg on Saturdays. Follow the A18 and turn off at the traffic lights into Old Courts Road (signposted).
