Plans have been submitted to build a new house on the outskirts of Brigg.
Outline planning permission is being sought to erect one dwelling with a detached garage - access to be considered and not reserved for subsequent applications - on land to the south of Pingley Vale, Bigby High Road, Brigg.
This application is now under consideration by West Lindsey District Council - the site being beyond the North Lincolnshire border.
The applicant is Harry Thorpe.
