This sign is currently advertising what the agents call landmark offices to let in Brigg.
The Cedars, on Bigby Road - close to the Monument war memorial - has an interesting history.
Originally a large private residence, it was later used for medical-related purposes.
For many years a surgery was based there, with GPs like Foxton, Bowler and Proctor in practice. District nurses and family planning facilities were also on hand.
Latterly, it has been turned over to office use.
The building has a large car park to the left of our picture, which is bound to be a factor for interested tenants.

Director Simon Weightman played hockey for Brigg at the same time as his father and brothers when Brigg Blog was still wielding a stick on Saturday afternoons.
