A tennis player who, we are informed, once won against the legendary Bjorn Borg is coming to Brigg tomorrow (Wednesday, June 20).
Tim Taylor will be undertaking coaching at Brigg Recreation Ground, off Wrawby Road, for an hour from 11.30am.
Brigg Tennis Club says the cost will be £5 to its members. But everyone is welcome to attend, the cost being £8 to non-members.
Tim is a described as a high-performing tennis coach who has worked with some top professionals, many having reached the world's top 100.
Further sessions could follow on Wednesdays.
There are now all-weather facilities for tennis at Brigg Recreation Ground, extensively refurbished by North Lincolnshire Council and including an impressive changing room block.
