Ken Harrison, of Brigg Matters Magazine, was out and about with his camera taking pictures in the the town this week as snow was swept in by the so-called Beast from the East.
He visited the town centre and various streets and roads further afield, as far as the Springbank estate and York Road.
Ken also encountered Gareth Parnell - Assistant Manager of Wetherspoon's White Horse pub/restaurant on Wrawby Street - clearing snow outside the hostelry during a period of calm.
The man from Brigg Matters was up early on Tuesday, February 28, 2018 to capture some snowy street scenes before 8am.
Ken's super selection of pictures help to record the moment when "The Beast" came to Brigg!

From about 5.45am...a few could be earlier....the one outside the 8am limit is the one showing Gareth Parnell: he'd just bought a snow shovel from Brian's DIY (opened 8.30) and immediately started clearing the snow in front of the WH.
