Brigg Blog has happy childhood memories from the early 1960s of being taken to watch a circus on the Recreation Ground.
History is to repeat itself well over half-a-century later with the James Richards Circus visiting the Wrawby Road Rec over Easter Bank holiday weekend 2018.
The circus will be coming to town from Thursday, March 29 to Monday, April 2.
Performances will be as follows:
Thursday: 6pm.
Friday: 5pm and 7.30pm.
Sunday and Monday: 2pm and 5pm.
Monday: 2pm.
Admission is £7 and an on-site ticket office will be open from 9am on Monday, March 26.
