Channel Four TV viewers across Britain saw Brigg feature for half-an-hour on Steph and Dom's One Star to Five Star last night, Monday, November 13.
The second episode featuring Gogglebox stars and hoteliers, Steph and Dom Parker, giving tips on running Beldon House, on Wrawby Road, Brigg, is screened tonight, Tuesday, at 5.30pm.
Further episodes will be screened nightly up to Friday.
Last night we saw Steph shopping at Newell's, on Wrawby Street, for Lincolnshire produce to serve at Beldon House.
The 'posh couple' also suggested decorations and welcome hampers for guests.
This was an entertaining first programme and great publicity for the town.
Interesting to note that Dom's initial ideas of the Brigg is that it had a garden centre and a steelworks
ReplyDelete...neither of which is actually in the town....so much for the notion of the home of Brigg Fair....would its association with the Gunpowder Plot and/or a Bronze Age settlement have a greater impact?
Looks like they didn't do their homework, good job they didn't catch the train as they would have turned up on a non Saturday
