Despite it being one of the coldest Remembrance Sundays on record, people of all ages turned out in large numbers to watch the laying of poppy wreaths in memory of The Fallen.
The temperature was only a few degrees above freezing and a raw wind made it feel even colder.
Crowds gathered near the Monument war memorial to watch the arrival of the parade from St John's Church, where a Service of Remembrance was held.
Father Owain Mitchell officiated at the Monument, where the last post was played and the two-minute silence observed by everyone present.
Road closures were put in place by a specialist company and volunteers.
Brigg Town Council, as ever, made arrangements for the dignified event.
