BRIGG FOOTBALL REUNION THIS WEEK
Following the success of last year's get-together, there will be another Brigg reunion for former players, officials and supporters of the White Horse Football Club.
It will take place on Friday, November 24 at the Wrawby Street hostelry, from 7.30pm.
Wards of Sheffield owned the pub when White Horse FC were a real force in local football during the 1970s and 1980s with Tom Merriman a the local landlord.
The venue is now operated by J D Wetherspoon.
Phil Glentworth says it will be great to see as many ex-players there as possible on Friday.
Just turn up on the night if you qualify and are interested.
Our picture was taken during last year's event and shows the Hunt brothers - Keith, Graham and Martin. Behind them are team pictures and newspaper cuttings of games played long ago by White Horse FC.
