A company is seeking approval to install an array of solar panels on land near Brigg.
An application for a Certificate of Lawful Development to erect a ground-mounted solar PV array, underground cabling, fencing and associated equipment has been submitted to North Lincolnshire Council.
Anglian Water Services has made the application for its reservoir site between Cadney and Brigg.
It says the panels can meet 20 per cent of its power needs at the reservoir near the River Ancholme.
