North Lincolnshire Council has granted outline permission for eight new homes to be built in Brigg.
And now another scheme to build three more has been submitted for the council to consider.
The approved development of eight dwellings is earmarked for land adjacent to the car sales area near Engine Street, off Bridge Street.
The three new homes are earmarked for an area of vacant land behind 53 Wrawby Street.
It runs alongside Cross Street and is currently used for private car parking.
These applications were submitted by different people.
