SMUGGLING TALES TO ENJOY IN BRIGG

Brigg Amateur Social Historians' next free-to-attend meeting is tomorrow,  Tuesday, May 2, at Brigg & District Servicemen's Club, Coney Court (adjoining the town's main car park) starting at 8pm.
The subject of the illustrated talk by Rod Fanthorpe will be the heyday of smuggling along the Lincolnshire coast.
A good attendance is expected for this rather unusual topic.
There's no need to book for BASH's monthly meetings - just turn up on the night.
Admission is free, light refreshments will be served and a raffle held to help meet costs.
