Some bank holidays see changes made to which bins, boxes and bags North Lincolnshire Council collects from properties and when the lorry crews tour our streets to empty them.
Today being the late May bank holiday, Brigg Blog has done a check.
The council will be collecting the following from Brigg households tomorrow, Tuesday, May 30:
- Your burgundy bin containing cardboard and plastic items for recycling;
- Your brown garden waste bin, e.g. grass cuttings and hedge clippings.
The following Tuesday, crews will be collecting general waste wheelie bins, blue waste paper boxes, green boxes filled with cans and glass bottles, plus bags of textiles.
