BRIGG CRICKETERS MISS OUT ON OPENING DAY OF NEW SEASON

Brigg Town Cricket Club is without a game on the opening day of the Lincolnshire County Cricket League season tomorrow (Saturday, April 15) as are Hibaldstow and Broughton's first team.
However, Broughton 2nds will be in action, making the long trip south to take on Alford 2nds in a division three fixture.
Brigg's first game will be on Saturday, April 22 when they play Cleethorpes 4ths at Immingham Blossom Way ground, in division four.
April showers permitting, of course!
Cricket fans in the Brigg area wishing to watch a game tomorrow (April 15) can make the short drive to the Brigg Road ground in Caistor to see the first team fixture against Holton-le-Clay in the premier division.
