North Lincolnshire Council is currently recruiting for a Principal Mental Health Social Worker in its Adult Social Care team.
It is a permanent job, working 37 hours a week, based at Hewson House in Brigg (pictured).
The starting salary is £45,533 (grade 12).

We are looking for someone who is self-motivating and committed that will bring extensive social work experience in the field of mental health, and have a sound understanding of local and national initiatives that will enable you to drive effective change locally.
The ideal candidate will be able to inspire others and lead by example, and have a proven track record in dealing with a range of workforce issues. Other attributes include having a high degree of inter-personal skills to support your ability to work effectively in developing and sustaining partnership arrangements.
For this role candidates must hold the following:
- A professional social work qualification
- HCPC registration
- AMHP status or a willingness to work towards the AMHP qualification
- Level 5 management qualification, or the equivalent knowledge skills and experience, with a willingness to work towards a formal qualification
