4 HOME EXTENSIONS PLANNED IN BRIGG AREA

House extensions are proving popular in the Brigg area at present, with four applications for permission recently being submitted.

• Erect a two-storey side and rear extension, 41 St Helens Road, Brigg
• Erect a single-storey rear extension, Ingleby, Brigg Road, Wrawby
• Erect a porch extension, single storey extension to rear following demolition of existing detached garage, 13 Manor Drive, Scawby
• Erect a single storey rear extension, Conifers, 89 Ermine Street, Broughton

All four applications will now be considered by the local planning authority, North Lincolnshire Council.
