CHANGE OF USE PLANNED FOR BARN IN BRIGG AREA

Planning permission is being sought to convert a barn near Brigg from an office to a residential unit for short term let.
North Lincolnshire Council will now decide whether to approve the application relating to Owl House, The Barns, Brigg Road, Cadney.
The application says no structural work is required.
