Deputy Town Mayor Coun Sharon Riggall (pictured) updated her colleagues during Brigg Town Council's latest meeting in the Angel Suite.
Flowers will bloom at various locations to make the town look more attractive.
Businesses, groups and individuals are now being invited to offer sponsorship.
Volunteers are also being sought to help with the enhanced planting scheme.
