The CallConnect bus service throughout Lincolnshire has made all fares just £1 today to mark the occasion.
You can buy a pint of locally brewed Tom Wood ale, hand-pulled in the Yarborough Hunt, on Bridge Street, or buy one of Tom's brews in bottles from Newell's, on Wrawby Street.
Munch your way through a pack or two of Piper's Crisps, from Elsham, and enjoy Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese, Lincolnshire Sausages (from any local butchers) and Lincolnshire Plum Bread made by a firm like Modens
Go to Brigg station and take a Saturday train along the former Manchester, Sheffield & Lincolnshire Railway mainline.
And lastly, spare a thought for those brave members of the Lincolnshire Regiment who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country in times of war.
