PLANNERS CONSIDER TWO BRIGG APPLICATIONS

North Lincolnshire Council's planning committee held its August meeting at Scunthorpe Civic Centre when two Brigg applications were considered.
A decision was made on one of them, while the other was deferred to be re-considered at a later date after councillors have undertaken a site visit.

DEFERRED FOR SITE VISIT: Carry out alterations and sub-divide an existing dwelling to form two dwellings and erect a new detached dwelling, Treetops, 2 Nicolgate Lane, off Wrawby Road.

PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED: Retain five storage containers on a permanent basis, Thomas Bell & Sons Ltd, Bigby Road.
