BRIGG TOWN CRICKETERS FACING VITAL FIXTURE

Brigg Town Cricket Club's scheduled home game with Old Lincolnians 2nds in the Lincolnshire County Cricket League fourth division (sponsored by Readers) yesterday was abandoned without any play because of heavy rain.
The season ends this coming Saturday (September 10) when Brigg visit second-placed Lindum 3rds in Lincoln to decide who collects the championship pennant.
