13. GRANTS AND DONATIONS
a) To consider a request from 1st & 2nd Brigg Scouts for a grant, from the Grants and Donations
budget towards the purchase of a new front door for the Scout Hut.
b) To consider a request from The Rotary Foundation Team for a donation, from the Grants and Donations budget, towards the purchase of crocus bulbs and plaques in order to raise public awareness of Polio and improve the visual amenity in Brigg.
14. ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT
a) To Receive the following Financial Reports and Approve the Accounts for Payment:

15. TO APPOINT TWO REPRESENTATIVES FROM BRIGG TOWN COUNCIL TO JOIN THE GRANTSCAPE ADVISORY GROUP. (THE GROUP WILL ASSESS THE APPLICATIONS OF THE FUND ASSOCIATED WITH THE RENEWABLE ENERGY PLANT).
16. TO APPOINT A WORKING PARTY TO DETEMINE AND PROGRESS ALL ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSED 2017 SPRING/SUMMER PLANTING SCHEME.
(To include the funding, styling, siting and purchasing of appropriate containers, baskets, planters, together with the compost and plants.)
17. TO RECEIVE AN UPDATE FROM THE CLERK RELATING TO THE POSSIBLE LEASE OF THE MILLENNIUM GREEN FROM NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL.
18. TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FROM CLLR. MRS A. EARDLEY FOR A DONATION TOWARDS THE BANNER, WHICH SHE PURCHASED FROM HER MAYOR’S APPEAL FUND, TO ADVERTISE THE MAYOR’S COFFEE MORNING.
19. TO CONSIDER A SUGGESTION FROM CLLR. MISS J. KITCHING THAT A CATEGORY BE ADDED TO THE BEST KEPT GARDENS COMPETITION FOR ‘FORMER WINNERS’ AND TO DEFINE THE TERMS OF INCLUSION.
