BRIGG TALK ON WAR HERO

Brigg Amateur Social Historians (BASH) will be holding their monthly meeting on Tuesday (April 5).
The venue, as usual, is the Servicemen’s Club, near the town’s main Old Courts Road car park (FREE parking at night).
The talk, starting at 8pm, will be The Life & Times of Guy Gibson.
He led the Dambusters Raid on Germany, from RAF Scampton, near Lincoln, during the Second World War and was awarded the Victoria Cross.
Admission is free, light refreshments will be served and everyone is welcome. There’s no need to book - just turn up.
A raffle will be held to help meet costs.
